As the COVID-19 virus continues to affect our lives, it can feel like a stressful and scary time. It’s normal to feel anxious right now with all the changes happening around us, but it’s also more important than ever to think of ways that you can take care of yourself and focus on your mental health! Join our conversation as we discuss ways to cope during COVID-19 and support youth mental health. This webinar will include a panel of youth experts from CAMH’s National Youth Action Council (NYAC).

About The Instructor:
Karleigh Darnay, is of mixed European and Anishinaabe descent and comes from a background in social work. She is the Coordinator of the Youth Engagement Initiative at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and works within the Child, Youth and Emerging Adult Program and the McCain Centre for Child, Youth and Family Mental Health. In her role, she has the opportunity to work alongside young people as partners in clinical research, education and system design initiatives that influence mental health policy and practice.
