Planning Specialist, Youth Mobilization
As the Planning Specialist, Youth Mobilization, you will support CCYP in engaging youth by being a part of driving youth co-creation in the network, as well as identifying and helping to develop a selection of services that align with market demand. The Planning Specialist, Youth Mobilization will play a supporting role by providing administrative and project support to the Manager, Youth Engagement Strategies, and by helping to grow initiatives, innovative collaborations and partnerships with players in the youth workforce development ecosystem. This position is responsible for implementing standard processes and procedures that keep the activities and initiatives running smoothly, while also responding to any unexpected issues that may crop up.
Engagement Coordinator, Youth Mobilization
The Engagement Coordinator has a strong facilitation and communication skills set with an understanding of current youth engagement and employment trends, gaps and barriers as they pertain to youth, youth serving organizations, and employment service providers. We are currently seeking a candidate for a Research Associate position who will support the team at CCYP by conducting research into a wide-ranging set of topics, such as labour policies in Canada, geographic and regional patterns/disparities in socio-economic development, labour market analytics, education and technology policies, all with particular reference to youth-related issues.
