Working Sessions

Working sessions are informative and collaborative workshops. The B3 Technical Practice Team, made up of participating B3 service providers, will utilize these sessions to develop and strategize the implementation of a co-created service innovation. Working sessions will be hosted by CCYP via zoom. Each virtual session will be 2 1⁄2 hours long, including a 1⁄2 hour break.

Dates are tentative and dependent on the completed formation of the B3TPT.

1. Black Seed launch

  • Output: Clear understanding of project goals, processes and deliverables.

  • Program description; presentation of working documents; problem identification and identification of leading practices; review of SiS recommendations; completion of pre-survey


2. Co-development

  • January 13th, 2023

  • Output: Draft Implementation Prototype

  • Problem confirmation; selection of recommendations & co-creation of service innovation; selection of KMb and change management tools; creation of implementation prototype; dissemination of adopter checklist


3. Implementation 1.0

  • January 20th, 2023

  • Output: Confirmed Prototype

  • Barrier identification; discussion of mitigation strategies; creation of learning plan; discussion of KMb strategies; submission of adopter checklist; completion of reflection journal

4. Implementation 2.0

  • February 3rd, 2023

  • Output: Case Study drafts

  • Barrier mitigation follow up; completion of mid-point survey; submission of case study drafts (within following week); completion of reflection journal


5. Post-Summit Project Review

  • March 3rd, 2023

  • Output: Case Study Recommendations

  • Discussion of Implementation processes; identification of KMb best practices; identification of lessons learned in change management; identification of recommendations; case study submission (within following week); completion of reflection journal
